Public Workspace is an innovative semi-private workspace that emphasizes ergonomic comfort as well as convenience. Its sturdy and elegant curved wall envelopes users in a shield of eco-resin and aluminum to reduce outside noise and provide privacy while physically supporting the rest of its components. Inside the pod, users can recline in complete ergonomic comfort.

Designed with sustainability in mind, Public Workspace is 98% recyclable with components constructed of aluminum, eco-resin, polypropylene and ABS. To encourage recycling, the work pod is also designed for quick and easy disassembly.

Public Workspace’s built-in seating incorporates Humanscale’s patented self-adjusting recline mechanism as well as an intuitively adjustable headrest, backrest, and seat to comfortably accommodate users of virtually any stature.

Public Workspace’s pivoting, height-adjustable tray allows users to work on a laptop computer in the most comfortable position possible. The tray features built-in Internet access and power outlets, a recessed storage nook for cords and power supplies, a gel palm rest, and an adjustable mousing platform that slides from one side of the tray to the other to accommodate left- or right-handed users.

Additional features include a built-in adjustable task light to illuminate reading materials, and convenient luggage storage space beneath the seat.
